Bug on clothing I left (4). I have R?L? but can only come up with 'RILE'. Can anyone parse the rest of the clue which refers to clothing?
A Welsh lady's cat (7) ?E?S?A? Once again, I can only come up with 'Persian' as I think Sian might be a Welsh name, but why the 'per'? TIA.

Per = A (in the clue) as in £5 a head, £5 per head, then Sian, Welsh lady. perisan, cat.

Bug equals Rile. On = re,on the subject of etc and I, in clue and L, left. Clothing means the Re has the IL, one left, inside.

RE = regarding/ ON

Thank you both, As I was writing the cat clue, I had already solved the 'per' part of the clue. I'm just a bit slow!

Ha ha, I've managed to avoid the captchas, if that's what you call them. I just ticked on "I am not a robot" and didn't have to say how many squares show bananas.
