27a - I know the entry but can't see how the un-entered part is derived from ..

and embarrassingly I haven't figured out the relevance of the title - I did think it would be something to do with the irrational PIE but that fell flat almost immediately!

"All time" is "24-7". Remove the horsemen and you have....
