Looked at all possible countries with a W in ( the W is correct since it's clued by last letter of noW !) Tried to shoe horn the letters of Sweden into answers but no joy , it's very strange , Rwanda can't get that to work either

Must be a Daily fail mistake !!

Daily Mail arrow words make a lot of mistakes. The last one I did was 2019 and the clue was 'musical instrument'. The answer was PISA , ! no apology from the paper

TOWNEE might work if the clue was something like, 'not in the country 😀
