I’m sure it is, because it’s Portaloo, temporary facility for “going”, minus two o’s, but it’s an iffy clue because loveless asks you to remove the last two o’s but not the first one, without saying why. Loveless should remove every o

Unless loveless can be stretched to mean with less/fewer o’s. A fair stretch in my book!
