Just one clue puzzling me.

Turn - - setter’s star (3)

Known letters S_N

Gotta be SUN but I can’t work out why. I did wonder if the dashes were meant to be morse but - - is M, not N.

Could it be minus reversed ... without 'I'm ' for setter ?

Ah, as in “minus minus IM”? Plausible (for the WS at least)!
