I think the compiler might have made a bit more effort with the title, rather than handing the theme to us on a tea tray....... also, one of the unclued lights appears in the adjacent column as part of a winning entry to the week's competition, not exactly light years away ....

I agree, Gerba. This was a particularly feeble puzzle. Once one figured out where it was going - not difficult - all of the unclueds appeared under the category entry in Bradford's.

Agreed. Although a more straightforward puzzle is welcome every now and then to encourage solvers new to barred puzzles this was a tad too straightforward.
