Ok time’s up! Have to sum up without Jimmy.

In 3rd place we have Buddy 14.

Since we have a tie for first place between Jimmy 16 and Jon,6, his votes can only either maintain the tie or put Jon into a clear lead.
I’m going to call it for Jon as not only did I really rate his clue (and everybody voted for it) but really enjoyed his clue 4 as well.

Jon’s winning clue;

“Those departed and others returning”. Genius IMHO.
Your prizes are as follows;

Better late than never?

Late for a Beanfeast?

And finally; to perhaps widen your exposure something old but timeless – a classic Arab song that hopefully will inspire: (Translations are available if you are interested) – I can’t get it out of my head so now it’s your turn…

An Algerian classic;

and an Israeli equivalent; a real blending of style, culture, and language

Thanks paul and congrats jono - I liked your clues. Thanks for the votes.

Paul: I thought you might have referenced Zarquon, from The restaurant at the end of the Universe!

Thought I'd annotate the easy way to work out the figure just in case a future host might not know how to do it;

1. List entrant names downwards next to the appropriate number
2. List contestants L>R along top row
3. Use freeze frames for first column
4. Create total column on end
5. Autosum from col 2 to end; if nothing in col 1 use (eg) SUM(B2:B10)
6. Click on first total cell, left click small cross and drag down to end to give all totals
7. Copy col 1 in next column
8. Next column type 2, next cell down 3, thenhighlight and click on the 2 cells and drag small cross down to end to give post numbers
9. Copy the three columns, paste+ special>functions = value
10. Paste into next 3 free columns
11. Highlight all 3 columns and sort HIgh-Low
12. All done
