Answer seem to be mob. Could somone please explain the cryptic part of the clue. Thanks

Seems to be too much clue; press = mob. second = mo. b = book. That's it - can't see the rest, but doubtless someone will.

R...Press, dismiss second book (the 2nd book word) of mine, then reflect = MOB...not a good clue but it appears that dismiss second book means remove the word from the clue?...

I thought it was:

MINE = BOMB; take away B = book; then turn the whole thing round = MOB
