Normally I get the Enigmatic Variations crossword off the pressreader site. There is no puzzle section for the Sunday Telegraph today 7/5/2023 on pressreader. Does anybody know if there is a puzzles section in todays Sunday Telegraph?

Oh dear it's a Playfair crossword.
But at least it is isn't a printer's devilry.

there's only 3 need the code and 21d's answer is filled in with crossers...so possibly can work backwards to get the code for the other 2?

There are a couple of websites to take the drudgery out of Playfair squares if you can’t be bothered with it. I know I can’t.

Find the keyword or key phrase with the first one. Then do the encoding and decoding with the second:

For what it’s worth, the Puzzles supplement has appeared in my Press Reader downloads this morning. Presumably all those Coronation supplements overloaded the system. But the EV it contains is pretty feeble.
