Stumped.

Past a RR plate (3)

Has to be AGO but the RR plate connection is eluding me.

Sir Boyd Tunnock donated a Rolls Royce to Glasgow Council which was used to ferry the Lord Provost about. The registration was GO.
It was sold by auction at the beginning of this year. I don't know if that is the connection.
