Enjoyed this puzzle and almost finished it unaided.
Can't work out these two.

41a Language sometimes used by setter, often before breakfast (7).
Must be English. It's a language, and a type of breakfast, but I can't work out what the middle of the clue is doing.

45d Book with story about tree blaze (7)
Bonfire. Book is b, tree is fir but where's the story?

English setter is a dog breed

one = story (did you hear the one about...?)
