Why the inverted commas, I am puzzled. I am also puzzled that if you were doing a quiz "for real" why would anyone use a site called "Crossword Help Forum". So I truthfully am not spoiling the fun for "real" quizzers. You either know it or you don't. I admit I don't hence no submission.
As you see I have sent my full reply and apology to the site members.
I just felt I was being accused of being a cheat which I most certainly am not. I have no intention of submitting my paper to the setters. For me it is an academic exercise.
I filled in the ones I knew and then the family had a go. Then friends have a go and finally I start researching on the net.
I have problems sleeping so I go online, usually about 3am, and try and track down those pesky, elusive logos.
I am so sorry that you deemed my reply unacceptable and reported me. You replied by 'telling me off' again, thereby continuing the bad feeling.
I apologise profusely if the comment was unacceptable but it was the way I felt at the time.
If you notice, I only asked for actual help on two questions out of a possible 64, but I mentioned the numbers of other logos (not descriptions) I was still researching.
The site is called "Crossword Help Forum" which I assumed meant that we could ask for clues or even answers to questions we are finding difficult. Am I wrong in this? If yes, then I will know better in the future.
