11d Report of case for Oxonian: E Morse.
An 'e' in morse code is a dot, so this might be 'on dot', but how does that mean 'report'?

8. “Disapproved of” is the defn. Cheers=ta, the opposite of cheers is “boo”

11. Report is “ON-DIT” (hearsay/rumour, from the French). Dit is how dot is spoken when referring to morse code, rather confusingly!
