Finished apart from 42a:

Sally’s grabbing Penny’s white-tipped flower parts? (6)

The letters I have (and I don’t think any of them are wrong) are - A - I - S.

I think it must be RAPIDS, (P in RAIDS). Think of flower as river

I'm left with two 4-letter words, and these are:-
52 Down - "Collide momentarily with runners when cycling" (-I-S)
36 Across - "Have sudden inspiration?" (-A-P)

Skis (runners) -> kiss

52 Kiss, collide momentarily (in snooker, say). Skis are the 'runners', cycle = move letters.

36 Gasp

Photocell? That doesn't seem to really fit the parsing, I can't see any indication that the 'nicked' (hot) should be contained inside the Post Office (PO). According to my reading of the construction it should be Pohotcell, which obviously makes no sense.

WOLF SPIDER (= robust hunter. No, me neither,) Nasty about = WOL (LOW reversed). Fox initially = F (first letter of fox). Spider = rest (as in a rest for a snooker cue).

CIRCUMSCRIBE. Enchantress = CIRCE (as in The Odyssey). Sum for conversion = UMS (anagram of SUM). Pirate = CRIB (as in copy or steal).
Thus: CIRC(UMS)(CRIB)E.
