Stuck on the entire bottom RH corner! A charitable person might help me with 16dn 'Fighter out of order' for which I have I-------R. I think 27ac is NEON SIGNS, but I'm not convinced.

Without the clue for 27 A, it's unlikely that many of us will be able to help, attempt to help - we don't all have a copy.

16 D might be Irregular, out of order, anagram of Guerilla, fighter?

PS ??? work better for the blanks, easier to read!
