One parsing escapes me.

One emblazons commercial with two thirds of carol singers and Queen Mary.

The solution is ADORNER, and is entered ADRNER. The wordplay gives the grid entry. The O is required to give the thematic item CLOVE

You need to read 'two thirds' as 'the two third letters' and infer an 'of' in front of 'Queen Mary'.
