Thanks for your entries. We had 8 setters and 17 clues. There is a tie for first place with two votes each.

JONO #9 Tempestuous British sweetheart captivated in sultry performance (8)

and MPRS #20 British Ulster problem causes storm of anger (7)

I have resorted to the likes to separate these two. Jono had one and MPRS had two.

Our winner is therefore MPRS. Well done.
