Greetings all. Here’s a short puzzle for a quiet Tuesday morning if you fancy having a go…

Clues are normal. Solutions should be entered into a blank 6x6 grid however they will fit. There are no blocked or barred cells. All solutions are 6 characters in length but detailed enumerations are omitted. One or more clues hint at their intended orientation.

4. Theme derived from ‘pieces of eight’
5. Old man, exhausted, took a break
6. One holding on to unrestrained violence
7. Fleet river flowing west crossed by setter

9. Clean clue for wolf?

11. Break free to restrain old loathing for asylum
12. Hot frenzied lust, extremely raunchy!
