This has been a monumental struggle. I have 9 of the thematics and the thematic to be entered below the grid - but I am missing the misprints for the 2nd,3rd and 5th letters. I cannot solve 10d or 11d and cannot parse 15,18,27 or 30 across. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

10 is defined by 'orgiasts' and there's anagramming involved (the last four words of the clue show you where.)

11 Is thematic

30 A - King (new!) and 'put away' and 'gold'.

Malone - is the king (new) spelt with an I rather than an E?

I'm all done now - although the final thematic seems a bit naughty as it isn't exactly how they are called/known by.

My parsing is often on the wonky side. For 30 A, I thought the first two letters were what we'd be getting used to now...

Gitto, re the final thematic, I think the idea is that was how they were known when they joined the group in question, as alluded to by the title

Indeed, Cranberryboat! I very much enjoyed the puzzle and title and admired the construction. Do you have anything against the GOAT?
