Appetence is a word meaning yearning or craving. Sadly it's not quite an anagram of acceptance, but I don't know how lax the quiz is. Just a thought, and I'm sure others have something better

1 answer that has to begin with a "C" Q 94, Attempting to get to the heart of the matter. (10)
