Knew 21d had to be based on AZURE - with Z gone I had AURINE, AURITE or AUREAN but couldn't get 'wee' meaning small out of my mind!!
Considered Hammond I..... as writer in 25ac but didn't know 'Scottish mothers' reference & missed the 'one enthralled' clue.
Agree 19d is dodgy - often a reference to cockney means dropping initial aitch (eg 'arrow for Harrow) - as you & Pendragon I've only heard of Happy as Larry but don't see where the cockney ref fits with that.
Anyway - thanks again; overall I enjoyed this crossword - good fun.
