My Eye came today-2nd in a row to be a week late (don't think the mail strikes entirely account for it)

Does anyone have the long sentence that goes around the edge yet? I don't think I have a hope in Hell of getting it, not having meticulously filed away all previous issues!

I rarely do the year-end jumbos, being American, not a subscriber and utterly unfamiliar with the quote source.

But I was snowed in, went for this puzzle and surprisingly was able to decipher the quote fairly easily.
Many of the words are easy to guess from crossers, given the obvious Corbyn connection.
