Nice puzzle.
One slight query. Is drawing a loop around the same as circling or is something else required? Draw a loop around the place name seems an unnecessarily specific instruction if circle the place name would suffice.

@smithsax - I just took it as circling the place name. Maybe I missed something though as drawing a loop is unusual wording if circling is all that’s required.

All done other than the place name, i can't see any contenders as yet. Posting usually helps though.

Thanks, JA. There are two sequences of line segments.

I think that the ‘drawing a loop’ instruction - rather than just ‘circling’ - is only to convey that ‘circling’ something longer than one cell won’t strictly produce a circle.

It just means a loop around the place name to identify it; a name in this case which is perhaps unusual but definitely unambiguous in the context of the theme.

Do any cells have more than one letter, or are some letters missed out?

I’m finding this more difficult than most of you are.

I’m thinking 2d must be ………………….. but obviously it doesn’t fit in the space.
