Please put me out of my misery. I have spent hours on this one but still need the top left and top right on the perimeter. Is Prestons right for the middle top?

I've got the theme OK but still need the top left and top right (whatever Preston's was) to finish this off. My two daughters in Canada with me will have a lot of trouble with this one!

Thanks, Farr. Prestons is a flower shop....the second word is (sort of) alliterative.

Top left 1a is the second name of 20 going clockwise round the perimeter
