Q.4 Schin op Geul another way.

Must contain bird in answer.
I thought this would be an anagram but can't see it.

Schin op Geul translated into English is 'skin on Gully'

so Gull could be the bird

Tex123, I'm sorry you find the Ads a nuisance, and I have to agree with you. However, the Ads pay for the Crossword Solver site which makes it possible for Ash to provide a Forum which is free. It's not too difficult just to scroll down past them.

Ash changed his Ad suppliers a little while ago and this is the source of the problem. He is contacting them to see if Ads can be restricted to the sides of the page, rather than in the posts themselves.

Thanks, Norah. Realise ads pay for the site and they are bearable (just!) at the side of page but annoying across the middle of a post. Not found this on other sites.

Jazzgirl have finally solved the clue and put in post. Think there is another mail strike this week.
