Thank you everybody for your participation.
As usual, some absolute gems - and some naughty ones.
Like Trump before her, Truss seemed a good target word and you didn't disappoint.

Sue has carefully parsed each clue as it arrived, ignoring the odd slip- some latitude being allowed where it added to the surface and humour.

Just a few comments:

MPRS @12 - wonderful double entendre. Not often used in the UK.
@21 - like the use of Not as No (t).

Mattrom @22 - clever use of Bow followed by Untied.

Jono @17 - being scientists, any reference to prime numbers is OK!

Paul @10 - enjoyed the political dig.

Hate choosing a winner, when there are so many excellent clues, but we both, independently, selected Aristophanes @24.
I had been looking forward for a jockstrap clue?entry and there it was! Congratulations Aristo.

As you've all got senses of humour - the clips are for all of you.
Enjoy - adult language warning for any snowflakes!

ChrisE. Glad you enjoyed Morning Dew - one of our favourites.
MPRS’s clue is naughty but nice. Definition is the No 10 resident, the wordplay is the lack of tackle by that incumbent.
It’s a slang term not much used in the UK. Wouldn’t pass the Listener crossword editors, but Sue liked it!

Well done Aristo - very nice!
Thanks Chris and Sue for setting and the mentions. Never come across either of your youtube stars - perhaps a generaitonal thing?
