I can confirm that, while the numbers do appear at the top of the page when logged in on my laptop (Chrome in Windows 10), they do not appear when logged in on Android phone.

Hi, I don't get the numbering on my android, and also changing the order of the posts doesn't work (edit options)

Both of these work in my Chromebook

BBg can you confirm which device you are using to access the forum
Is it an Android ? If so, therein lies the problem with numbering

How peculiar, it’s late Sunday evening now. I’ll look in the morning and, if necessary, chase it up with Ash.

However, my simple non-technical mind says that if it only happening on Android phones, then the problem lies with the phone, NOT with the Crossword Forum.

Just to confirm that it is the same in iOS. The numbers appear on my iPad but not when I go to the same page on my iPhone.

I’ve just looked on my phone and the page numbers aren’t showing on the Listener 4727 thread but they are on my Ipad. I have sent Ash a message to inform him about this problem.
