4 Down - "Right cover for new price slip" (7). The answer has to be "RECEIPT" but apart from the anagram of "price", if you have R and T for the "right cover" I can't figure it.

Chambers thesaurus equates SLIP and RECEIPT,so you have anag PRICE in RT (right)

I parsed this as you suggested when I did it, buddy, and didn't notice the problem, but now I think it's a mistake.
