Great seal? I can see the seal but not the great.

Looks like pirouetting from the crossing letters, I can see the definition but not the parsing.

SB, could an ocean be a Great Sea, then add the L for Left?

SB, the Roue is the rake, and Pitting means to make a pit-stop, leave the racetrack (Formula 1 etc).
