6 Down - What bit possibly can be over by Thursday (5)

The answer looks to be TOOTH - but can someone explain the parsing please? Presumabaly OTH is over (o) by Thursday (th) and the definition is "what bit" or "what bit possibly", but how do we get the "to" at the start?

the TOO could mean excessive = can be over

Thanks - that must be it! Not sure I'm keen on it, but it does just about work...

10ac - Coin that was rectangular? Normal shape for coin! (5); 11 ac - Summer featured days on the turn, shorter (5); 17ac - Game had by for example snowboarders (3-2-3-6), and 20d - Flamboyant if unattractive topless hosts it's understood (6). I think the answers are Obang, Adder, Pig-in-the-middle and Glitzy, but can someone help with parsing, Please?

17 The word 'boar', pig, is in the middle of 'snowboarders'.

20d. (u)GLY around ITZ (a homophone of it’s)

as for 10, the BANG is very puzzling!

10a - The only thing I can think of is if it has "O bang" or "zero bang", then it is nothing exceptional so is very ordinary or "normal" - a bit of a stretch, I know.

.... and the O is the "normal" shape - actually, the more I look at this the less sense it makes.

it looks as if OBLONG may be involved along the way....but it has already taken up too much grey matter :)
