I get that "it with English" gives ITE. One = "AN"?

I don't get this one...

A Nyala is a type of horned antelope. "Name" = "N"?. The rest I have no idea.

27A Me, loosely (4,2,4) = MORE OR LESS
Obviously MORE OR LESS means loosely, approximately, roughly etc. but I don't see how you could get to the answer from the clue alone?

5D A head coach needs time off (4) = EACH
?????

19D To cut cost, help set up beam (7) = RADIATE
Get that "beam" = RADIATE and "help set up" AID DIA but I wouldn't say RATE has anything to do with "to cut cost"?
