@keenquizzer, I don't think this is from a quiz as the poster has the results to our answers . Linkword is usually in a newspaper

Norah - and others - I think there might be Linkword puzzles/things in various publications. One of them always involves a six-letter answer, joining two other six letter words. I think that's what the other Linkword puzzle was dealing with. I am not totally sure, in that I only ever see the odd query here on the Forum!

Thanks Malone, useful information. I’ve never seen a Linkword request which gave the name of any publication.

There is a linkword quiz on the go but not sure whose it is but maybe this isn't a quiz - sorry
