If you accept "colored"= vivid as an anagrind - and think a dun colored vegetable would be a prize.....

This is a bit of a stretch (worthy of Stanley Unwin?), but I was determined to find another anagram after Paul’s ‘challenge’ …

To take time off DWI, nun put in new order (6)

[put in new order = anagrind]

Just had a look in and I've got 23 clues from 11 setters, still time for Marty, Peterm and Spike to enter their customary late(r) efforts.

International peacekeepers go West on old NYC subway line* for R&R. (6)

IND=Independent Subway System, one of the 3 forerunners (with BMT, IRT) of the modern network. When I lived in NYC, old-timers still referred to various facilities as BMT, IND or IRT.

Good evening folks, When I set "unwind" as the challenge i never thought they'd be any anagrams, but what do I know, so special mentions to Paul and Patrich for proving me wrong.
I also cajoled Chris to enter something and he came up with an acrostic which was fine but my nitpicking said it should have been when (downtime) rather than where. I also expected Stanley Unwin to appear so thank you Tyke. My shortlist included Jono 3,Buddy 6,Patrich 17and Aristo 29.
The podium places go to
Bronze Chris 35,my brother in law"s sister is a nun who does missionary work in Africa and drinks Guinness, she is definitely "wide"
Silver goes to Ginge 30 with his clever subby with two anagrinds. The gold goes to Mattrom and there aren't enough superlatives for her genius
"Get The Kinks out to play?
I loved it the minute I read it and I hope you agree. https://open.spotify.com/track/2Y1gQxbuBv3PXMm2unhqVi?si=CJW29kRXQ2WD7pNUkY1X3Q&utm_source=copy-link
