I really enjoyed this puzzle by "Pabulum".

The wordplay for the unclued lights was a treat and when the penny finally dropped for 19D I genuinely laughed out loud.

I absolutely agree, the18racer. I find Pabulum's clueing often witty, clever in its use of variant spellings and precise in its construction. Also, although it isn't stated, he seems consistently to use Chambers as his primary reference.
