Thanks to all for your entries this week. It’s been a hard one to judge and apologies if I don’t give you a mention below.
My shortlist consisted of…
Fiery@4 for the revolutionary / freedom fighters.
Tyke@5 for a hidden with a three-way-split which I think is a neat trick to pull off.
I liked Mattrom@7’s cryptic wordplay and Geeker@8’s baseball play which I suspect would be tricky if (like me) you didn’t know the reference.
I predicted Aristo@9’s homophone might make an appearance but this was especially well concealed.
Liked Paul and Patrich’s topical chancellor references. Richi may have his eyes on a promotion sooner than later at this rate ;-)
Patrich@13, @14, Buddy @22 and Dorrien@38 each received ticks, as did Fiery@27’s subtraction which I didn’t see at first which is probably a sign of a good clue.
However, there can only be one winner, so I’m going with…
Revolutionary holds freedom fighters' fate (6)
Congratulations Fiery Jack!

And for all contributors, this link generates a random Wikipedia page (of which there are 6.4 million in English) so you should each get something different.
Be lucky!
