Really stuck on a couple.

Q28. Missing bit of H Boss brand needs to get the money sorted.

Q16. His chocolate factory is in a mess. (thought Willie Wonka but they are all real people)

Q16 Charlie had a chocolate factory (film)
so it might be Charlie Stayt (real news presenter on BBC)
in a mess ( in a state sounds like stayt )
