Puzzle Name - What’s it look like? By Artix

I have cold solved all but three of this carte blanche puzzle but can't find a way into the grid. The solution to the following may help - it may lack a definition!!

Thanks, ginge. I have been using the BRB nigh on 40 years and cannot remember having come across that word before now - what I wonderful hobby we enjoy!!

Has anyone figured out what to highlight in the last step? I have a full grid and a deep appreciation for the cleverness of the placement of the bars, but I don't see how it "looks like" any of the 3 thematic entries. a hint would be appreciated.

Hi buddy, the final grid doesn't resemble anything relevant. Look at what "is" 1d and the thematic constituent "parts" - the 1st one.

I guess I am still not sure what you mean - are you just saying 1d gets highlighted? I don't see why that should be the case.

I don't still have my copy, but as far as I remember the referenced character did a song "It's beginning to look a lot like..." which points to 1 down.

Hm, OK, also about a million other artists! I guess given the season that would have been my guess but it seems like a stretch to me. Thanks.
