Can anyone clarify 11d? There are two possibilities for the third letter and I can't parse it. I can see what's going on, but not quite sure what 'other terms' are and not sure if I have the energy to count to 21.

Hi aspria, if you look up the entry of the word from the last 3 letters of 1 of the possibilities, the parsing should become clear.

I'm pretty sure I know what's going on with the special offer but I've only found 19 of them so far. And I think I've solved all the clues. So any insight into how 30d works?
