Anyone having trouble with fitting together 23 across & 21 down, please? I'm sure I've got the correct answers, but they don't marry up??! Thanks

The clues connect with a 'G'. If either of your answers does not have that 'G' it is not correct, sorry.

Thanks. Yes, I have a G as 3rd letter in 21 down, but can't work out 23 across - I've got ?A?G?, but thought the answer should be TAPER, but it obviously isn't!? I'll keep working on it. Please don't anyone tell me the answer! Thanks.
