Yes I think the 'issue' in EXODUS refers to leaving/exiting/coming out/dispersing of the Jews from Egypt.

14. A Ranker is an officer (who has ascended from the ranks, ordinary soldiers) and Rank is offensive, smelly, say, so Ranker is more offensive.

21 Send - transport, thrill, delight etc (quite old-fashined) so A Send is A Thrill, with C, Charlie, Nato alphabet, inside. Ascend, get highers.
