Make Ones Move, leave a crossroads. It might also be a chess ter,, the terminology (A2 to A3) sounds vaguely familiar.

Leave a crossroads and transfer from A2 to A3? (4, 4, 4)

MAKE ONE'S MOVE

Your parsing is clearly correct, but I don't much like the definition. I doubt the setter is a chess player as chess notation uses lower case letters to denote squares (a2 to a3). I spent too long thinking of the size of paper.

Paul...thanks. The chess notion was only a guess, all I could come up with for the A2 to A3 stuff. I won't mind if there's a better/proper reason!

"Tee off" is American slang for getting angry.
