Think the last one is 'line', it's the first word that's stumping me.

Jomac - Thanks. I'd considered 'oder' (because of 'owed a' and I had 'line' but I don't think I'd have got 'neisse' for 'nicer'!

looks like the last one should be touchstone. touchtone around s (south),but I don't see the forest dweller connection.
