Don't know any letters - could well be ETH (envoys to Horatio)

S - - - M - SPERM fits with 15a being ETH but can anyone explain the clue?

Might be "gob" reversed/"comes backwards" as in 'mouth' (performer of Horatio?)

Are you sure Horatio is correct and not an autocorrect of something rhyming with Horatio? ;)

I'm assuming it's the counterpart to fellatio
