I’m crawling to the finishing line but have a few final questions.

Does it matter where the five letter word goes?
I don’t see the significance of the ring. Does that go somewhere specific?
I have the larger than life characters but are the synonyms jumbled within each of them?

Thanks a lot. Off to that dark room I go……

Cant be bothered with the finer points of this one. Sometimes you eat the bear but sometimes...
However I think I have found the 5 larger than life characters but what all these clashes and synonyms and inside out rectangles and the ring are adding to it all has defeated me. Thete is one clue which had me puzzled though and nobody seems to have mentioned is Encourage Navy rector in uniform. Is it blues? If so how?
Pluse is the hepatic vessel a cage cup? I also have n?rve in column 12 but I dont think I have a corresponding clue. Sorry if this is too explicit. But over 200 posts suggests I am not alone

Thanks Simon. I see what you mean about the album cover.

I haven’t managed to find any synonyms in the large letters. Are they jumbled?

Nearly there!

Have the large characters the 5 letter word and the ring.

Regarding the synonyms you need to fill in the large characters (which are then highlighted)

Am I right in thinking (I’ll blank out some letters in case people don’t want to know)

First one is fu???us

Second fro????ome

Third Sa??y

The last two escape me at the moment?

Help please.
