I came to this late - as per usual - and have finished it in rough but have a query about the method of entry. Is that anything more than using the appropriate colour for each thematic entry? One is a colour I would normally use.

Still scratching my head about the method of entry for the thematic elements. Surely it can't be as simple as using the appropriate colour in each case.

What a struggle I am having with this one.
I have the game and the 'style' of entry and most of the entries have fallen into place
But I am foxed by 8 and 18.
Can someone kindly point me in the direction of the pairs of clues that lead to them please?
I have a good idea what the answers are , especially to 18 .

If, of course I've got the rest right.

8d grid entry comes from 35/36 ...its partner is at 21/22

18a grid entry ...16/17......its partner 12/13
