I chose PINK because (like PORT, which has been used in a contest before) it has 8 separate headwords in Chambers so setters could go in many different directions.

On the podium are aristo 19 and spike 25 with 5 votes, and geeker 4 with 7 votes.

But in a stunner on par with "Douglas KOs Tyson" (or "Leicester City wins the Premier League" if you prefer), the gold goes to mattrom 7 with 14 votes:
