Grasmere ginger cake looks to be dead right.

I have also found a recipe for gypsy creams- crispy oat biscuit with a touch of vanilla filled with butter cream icing - looks real yummy.

Jonty- not sure I am on your wavelength re the royal connection, can you please expand
