Am thinking this must be NOSH (ie grub as in something to eat) but the rest of the parsing eludes me. Any suggestions?

GOSH, Great Ormond Street Hospital is the London hospital - swap the G for an N,' making good northern'.

GOSH is Great Ormond Street Hospital, replace G for N and get NOSH
