I have a full grid and can see some sort of link in the second letters of the unclued lights. However the meaning of the title escapes me. Any ideas?

Unclued, it's really difficult to give a hint without giving the whole game away. All I can say is that the three most important words in Doc's preamble are "confirmed in Chambers".

Thanks Will. The only problem is that I have the Chambers app so it’s a bit more tricky to confirm them.
