Not very hard to crack .......

Can I get some help with 2d please?

Twelve going to Spain? Twelve fewer, actually (5)

I have Noon? So think it must be noons....but cannot figure out why.

Could it be NO-ONE - Noon + E (Spain)

Noon = 12 so 12 fewer would be No-one?

That sounds good Brendan.
Only trouble I have with it is that it shows in the clue as 1 word, not 2 or even hyphenated.
But it is certainly better than noons which I cannot make fit the clue at all.
